Mom comes out about 15 minutes later holding a plate of cupcakes in one hand and a pint of melted ice cream in the other. “Mom,” I say firmly, “don’t take this the wrong way. You’re fired.”

I would first like to thank local author, Michelle McCormick for sharing her wonderful books with me!

This triggers a thought, why not just plan her own party BUT become a party planner for others! And so begins, Priscilla Willa, Party Planner, LLC along with the help of her best friend and cousin. Priscilla gets her first call to plan a party. She is thrilled! Her first client is anything but human, he’s a DOG! Her and her friends think they can handle anything a client throws at them, seriously, nothing bad can happen when your planning a party for a dog and his friends right?
Jump into this fun, business savvy story and learn what it’s all about to be a 10 year old party planner and the excitement that comes along with it! I enjoyed this book to the max. It had me giggling because I have two dogs of my own and I couldn’t imagine throwing them a birthday party, but Priscilla shows us that she is one tough gal and her quick thinking may just save the party and she is sure all of the guest will go home happy! This is a great book for children 2nd-4th graders. I’m excited to find out what Priscilla has in store for me in the next installment of the series, “Night at the Haunted Hotel”!
